Arraignments are held on Wednesday mornings at 9:00am.

Pre-trials and trials are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, unless a holiday falls on these dates.

Small Claims Fees: up to $1000.00 - $10.00 $1000.00 to $3000.00 - $15.00 The person you are suing must live or work in the Town of Colesville. Small claims booklets are available at the court.
Evictions Evictions are held every Wednesday at 9:00 and 9:30 am. You must call the clerk to be put on the calendar. There is a $40.00 filing fee.
Suspended Licenses Once your license is suspended, there will be a $70.00 state mandated fee due before your license can be unsuspended. This fee is in addition to the fine and surcharge. You can no longer take receipts to the Department of Motor Vehicles to get your license unsuspended. You must wait the 48 to 72 hours it takes to unsuspend your license.
Payment of Fines and Fees The court does not accept personal checks. Cash, Money orders, Certified bank checks, Visa, Master Cards or Debit Cards are accepted.
